    I can provide insurance receipts for those who require them for extended health care claims, free parking, and for those who do not wish to leave the comfort of their own home, I do extend the option for home/retirement residence visits with my portable table.

    My rates are reasonable, competitve and include the HST (13%) in effect as of July 1st, 2010 and are as follows:

    30 min - $40.00
    45 min - $55.00
    60 min - $70.00

    An extra $5.00 charge for home visits if over 8km radius.
