Community Information Centre of Ottawa
The Centre provides Information and Referral to community resources (counselling,
housing, home support, as well as legal, health and social services, etc.) in Ottawa.
Trained Information and Referral specialists answer questions from the public on the
INFO-Line (Monday to Friday 9 to 5). The “Directory of Ottawa Community Services”
is published every year (and lists over 6 50 programmes). An extensive database on
community services is available for leasing, or for research at the office, by
appointment.
