Rooms have individually controlled heat, 24-hour emergency response call systems, communal dining room, lounge on every floor, activity room hair salon, outdoor recreation and garden area in a country environment. There are 46 residents all receiving assistance with daily living. The majority suffer some degree of cognitive impairment.
All long term care facilities (nursing homes) have rates that are government determined with Long Stay Basic = $1848.73, semi-private to $2280.04 to Private $2701.61 The basic accommodation is income based and therefore eligible for reduction from that amount, upon application.
