Still at Home helps Ottawa seniors stay safe, comfortable and independent in the homes they love.
Start with a free Home Safety Assessment. A professional home assessor visits room by room, looking at entrances, stairs, lighting, bathroom access, floors and alarms. You receive a written list of what would help, in priority order, along with the government grants and tax credits you may qualify for. No obligation.
When changes are needed, we manage the whole project: grab bars, tub-to-walk-in-shower conversions, ramps and railings, wider doorways, main-floor bathrooms and stair lifts. We handle permits and trades, guide you through grant applications, and give you a written price before any work begins.
We also help care for the home itself, with fall and winter preparation, home and roof inspections, annual maintenance plans, home cleaning, and Snowbird Home Watch for when you’re away for the winter.
